Cancellation Policy
We require a deposit of 20% for group bookings of 10+ people.
The remainder of the payment for the tour will be charged on your arrival at our ticket office, before the tour commences.
Cancellation of your booking must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure time by either phone or email. No refunds will be given in the event of your failure to notify us of your cancellation.
Your deposit will be refunded in full if:-
- we have to cancel the trip before commencement because of weather, sea or beach conditions (if we cancel en-route, our Refund Policy applies);
- your group cancels on the day due to inclement weather.

NB:
- Deposits are not required for groups of less than 10 people.
